Skin Diver

Starting from 8 years old,
and focused on the exploration of the underwater world with mask and snorkel.
In the skin diver course you will learn to leave the Surface and freedive.

SKIN DIVER
You will learn about the equipment, the environment that surrounds you, how to solve problems and safe freediving practices. You will develop skills to breathing properly before an after a dive, techniques to do immersion without great efforts, and compensation, which will prevent discomfort in the ears during the descent.
Each session of training will last about three hours, so you can book it at your convenience.
