DISCOVER FREEDIVING
You will discover the vital importance of relaxation in order to lengthen the apnea more and identify the alert signals that the body sends us when it accumulates an excessive level of carbon dioxide. We will introduce you in the compensation by the frenzel technique.
You will learn to make an adequate duck dive technique to be able to descend more effectively and we will correct your position and your kick to make them more efficient and hydrodynamic.
The duration of the experience is about three hours, in the water you will be one approximately.
All the equipment you need is included in the price, wet suit, weight belt, mask, tube, fins and apnea buoy with rope and ballast.
Maximum three people per instructor and buoy.
You can then hire a snorkel trip to see your progress
