This card will be processed to the person who, alone can not solve their problems under water, and therefore can not provide assistance to another diver in case of problems. Therefore, this person is required to dive with two other certified adult divers, one of whom must have received specific training to assist disabled divers, Dive Buddy certification or higher.
A medical certificate and a photo
