POSIDONIA DIVER
The Posidonia Diver specialty course is a course created by us in collaboration with CIRCE, for the life + Posidonia Andalucía project. It has been recognized by PADI as a distinctive specialty. The course arises within the project in the area of ​​divulgation to raise awareness among divers of the importance of oceanic posidonia and the need to conserve them.
In the course you will learn its importance, the most important aggressions that it suffers and what you can do to help.
During the first dive of the course you will learn to recognize its parts, the fauna associated with it, as well as responsible diving techniques on posidonia meadows.
In the second dive you will learn and practice the field work that scientists do to monitor the health status of them to act accordingly. It is a very interesting course because it allows you to improve your technique, learn from the environment and get in touch with the methods used by scientists, so that you can later join volunteering networks.

You will need to:
To access the course, you must be a diver with a Padi level of initiation or any organization and be at least 14 years old.
As in all diving courses, we will need a medical certificate stating that you are fit for diving and a pasport size photo.
This course is also oriented to Instructors and they will be authorized to apply to PADI with theapproved guides to be able to teach it.
They can also benefit from free materials that havebeen edited for their students.
