You will learn basic apnea theory and how to prepare yourself to hold your breath, including breathing, duck dive, finning and safety techniques.
The 2 star aida course is probably the most challenging and rewarding course. For those who have confidence in the open sea this is their starting point. The course builds a base of good technique and safety so you can practice with other freedivers. The course consists of two theory sessions, one pool session and three open water dives.
Are you interested in diving more deep and improving your technique? The aida level 3 course, enters the apnea theory in more depth, will allow you to understand the physiology and diving techniques deeper. The course will help you improve the performance of your apnea, while your safety and rescue skills advance. The course consists of three theory sessions, two pool sessions and four open water dives.
