Padi free Diver

The Padi Freediver course
can be done by everyone,
you just have to know how to swim,
and be at least 15 years old.

PADI FREE DIVER
During the course, you will have theoretical sessions, in confined waters and in the sea. In the course you will do academic session, training in confined water and in the open sea. In the Knowledge develop you will learn about phisiology, enviroment, techniques and safety rules.
In the training sessions, you will do a dry training for breathing an relax. In the two confined water sessions you will practice static apnea, and dinamic apnea to master the finning technique. And in the two open sea training session you will practice freeinmersion and constant weight with bifins.

You will need:
- Medical certificate and two photos.
- If you are under 18, also an authorization from your legal guardian.
- If you are under 15 years of age, you can perform the skindiver, or the basic freediver.
